Meet Elsa, a 4-month-old, female Labrador Retriever. She is a bundle of energy, joy and love. Rescued from a chawl, a possible backyard breeder situation and Elsa was the last one left behind. She was brought to us in the hopes that she would be bestowed with a fate kinder than that of her siblings.

Elsa is as smart as she is sweet. She is highly trainable and as is with every lab, she is very motivated by treats. She is fantastic with humans and gets along well with other dogs. As is with any other pup, she is at the peak of her teething and loves to chew. She will need a watchful eye to make sure she doesn’t pick up small objects from the floor. Elsa has not been tested with cats yet, so we are unsure of how she is around them. Since she is growing up and is highly receptive to training, properly socialising and training her will undoubtedly set her up for success and result in her becoming a confident and loyal companion.

She is a happy puppy who has already started her medical journey with her first 9-in-1 vaccination and deworming. Her blood tests are clear, and she is a sturdy, healthy pup.

She is currently thriving on a specialized diet of chicken, carrots, pumpkin, and rice.

Elsa needs a home that:

• is experienced with working breeds
• will continue her training, including toilet training since she is currently practicing on pee pads
• will ensure that her remaining vaccinations are complete and schedule her boosters and anti-rabies shots as per the existing schedule
• has access to good groomers, private veterinary care and trainers or behaviourists can provide a non-vegetarian diet
• can provide him a structured lifestyle, with ample physical activity and mental stimulation
• patience and commitment to training
• will not leave her alone for long hours
• will spay her at the right age
