Meet Shadow, an energetic and loyal 1.5-year-old, male Labrador Retriever.

Shadow was found wandering the streets, possibly abandoned by his previous family. If you are looking for a young, active partner for your daily adventures, Shadow is your boy. He has a heart of gold, with boundless energy. He is looking for a family that can match his wonderful, high-energy personality. As a hyperactive young dog, Shadow loves to work, play, and go for long walks.

Shadow is excellent with humans and other dogs. He is not particularly fond of cats and would do well in a house that has no cats. He is toilet trained and walks wonderfully on a leash. When left alone for a few hours, he is a “good boy” who doesn’t bark or cause any trouble.

Shadow is in fantastic health, with all his blood work, vaccinations, and deworming completely up to date.

Shadow requires a home that:

• is experienced with working breeds
• has access to good groomers, private veterinary care and trainers or behaviourists
• can provide a non-vegetarian diet
• can provide him a structured lifestyle, with ample physical activity and mental stimulation
